Color Display Screen Not Powering Up

In the event that your screen will not turn on, please check the battery by pushing the button on the battery's power indicator to confirm that the battery is functioning. 

To confirm the screen is the cause of the problem, try swapping a screen from a working VoltBike to your bike to see if another screen will start the bike up.

If you can confirm that the screen is the issue, please mail the screen and button pad to our headquarters where we can install the latest version of the software and repair the screen.

There is an alternative way to do this repair at home, but some minor surgery is required on the screen. This video here shows a way to jumpstart the screen to work again, but we believe that sending the screen to us is likely a more permanent solution:

Should the screen NOT be repairable, we would suggest a New Screen be ordered.
