How do Test Rides work?
We’re excited to offer test rides at our Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada location! You can come by for a test ride from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM, and on Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. Most of our VoltBike models are available for you to try out.
Your safety is our top priority, so wearing an approved helmet during test rides is mandatory. Feel free to bring your own helmet, or you can use one of the VoltBike-approved helmets available in our showroom.
If you’re new to electric bikes, we recommend getting familiar with how they operate. You can watch some helpful videos in our video section here. Additionally, our Help Center has a lot of frequently asked questions that might be useful. Our showroom staff is also here to assist you with any questions you have before or after your test ride.
Please bring a photo ID and be prepared to sign the waiver before your test ride.
