Can I wash my VoltBike?
Our bikes are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. The battery and electrical components could be damaged if exposed to significant amounts of water.
We recommend cleaning your bike with a damp cloth; for tougher dirt and grime, you can add a bit of rubbing alcohol to the cloth instead of soap. Always remove the battery before cleaning, and avoid spraying water directly into the battery connector or any electrical components. Handle your battery with care, and allow the bike to dry completely before charging, reconnecting the battery, or turning it on.
