How do we ship
Our electric bikes are shipped to you fully assembled, minimizing the assembly needed upon delivery. You'll only need to reattach the handlebars and pedals, which not only ensures a better fit inside the box but also simplifies the setup process for your convenience. In order to accommodate the size of our packages, we utilize LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers for shipping. Typically, these shipments are transported via ground delivery to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Your bike will be shipped using one of the following carriers: Ace Courier, Day & Ross or Manitoulin Transport depending on your specific location. We're pleased to offer free shipping as part of our online incentive.
For customers residing in rural or remote areas, we may request that you provide a business or commercial address for delivery, or alternatively, you may be asked to pick up your bike from one of the nearby shipping terminals.
Click here for full list of Manitoulin terminal locations or click here for list of Day & Ross service centers.
If you're in the vicinity of our headquarters in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada, rest assured that pickup from our location is always available free of charge. Additionally, you enjoy the advantage of receiving your electric bicycle fully assembled right out of the box, a service that typically comes at an extra cost with our competitors.
The standard dimensions of our ebike package measure 74 inches in length, 13 inches in width, and 40 inches in height, with a total weight of 90 pounds. To enhance your convenience, the package features two handles on each side, making it easier to handle and transport.
Before shipping, each bike undergoes rigorous testing to ensure that all components are in perfect working order. This process is part of our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for every ebike we sell.
Shipping Details
Shipping and delivery times vary depending on factors such as current demand, holidays and season. Usually the demand for our brand triples in the summer riding season. We usually ship our electric bikes in an average of 2 business days after the order is placed. In the high season, this may go up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your ebike is ready to leave our facility.
We ship all packages with LTL carriers (Less than truckload). Please note that the shipment will require signature on delivery. You are required to be present at the location in order to accept the package. The shipping company will contact you 1 day in advance to arrange date and approximate drop off time. You will be given a 2-3 hour time frame.
For residential addresses it usually takes additional 1-2 days. We strongly recommend to choose business address for delivery of your bike. This will speed up the shipping process and will ensure that the package will get delivered during the business opening hours.
Due to the size and nature of the e-bike, shipments can usually be carried by ground shipping only.
Shipping Exlcusions
*If you live in a rural area or further out of the city where commercial truck is having difficulties to operate then we ask you to provide a business/commercial address for the delivery. Alternatively you have a option to pick up your bike in a shipping terminal close to your location.
**Please note that the free shipping offer is only for ebike purchases. Small parcel shipping is $10 per order unless purchased with an ebike.
