Shipping USA

All USA orders are shipped through our distribution center in Blaine, WA.

Our USA warehouse facility is conveniently located in Blaine, WA which is right on the border between the United States and Canada. Due to our main facility location being on the west coast of Canada there is a 4-5 business day lead time before bikes are able to be shipped. There is no sales tax on any order shipped within America. All bikes are shipped from the Blaine location with YRC Freight which is custom LTL (less than truckload) carrier proven to be better than Fedex, UPS or similar. YRC Freight takes extra care for every package and ensures that the bike arrives without damage. Voltbike has an exclusive agreement with YRC Freight and our customers can enjoy quality service at an affordable price.

In order to reduce the shipping cost, we deliver to commercial addresses. Delivery to a residential address is optional.

The price of $50 includes delivery to commercial addresses or delivery to your local YRC Freight service center. Delivery to a residential address is extra $30. If you prefer delivery to a residential address, please contact us after you place your order. Once the bike is shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can track the progress of the shipment. Please click here to see a list of all available service centers across the USA.

We inspect each bike before it is shipped.

Your new bike will be inspected before it leaves our warehouse. The bike will arrive fully assembled and packed securely in 3 layers of styrofoam inside it's carton. The only assembly required is that you may need to install the handlebar and pedals. When you receive your bike the battery will be partially charged. We recommend to plug in and fully charge the battery before it's first use.
