About Us
VoltBike is a proudly Canadian company, founded in 2013 in Coquitlam, BC, Canada. What began as a small startup in our founder’s garage quickly grew into a mission-driven business. With a passion for electric bicycles, he saw an opportunity to offer reliable, affordable e-bikes online across Canada and the USA. At the time, in 2013, VoltBike was among the pioneers of selling electric bikes online—a concept that was virtually unheard of back then.
Expanding Horizons
Today, VoltBike’s headquarters and main distribution center operate from a 23,000-square-foot facility in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada. This space includes a showroom, a repair center, and a warehouse, all designed to support our growing community of riders.
Unmatched Reliability
Unlike many e-bike companies, VoltBike takes a hands-on approach by tuning and testing every bike before shipping. This process happens right here at our Port Coquitlam facility, ensuring strict quality control and a superior riding experience. Additionally, this commitment helps create jobs for local Canadians. Every VoltBike arrives fully assembled, requiring minimal setup upon delivery.
Affordable Excellence
VoltBike follows a direct-to-consumer business model, cutting out middlemen to keep prices low while maintaining exceptional quality. This approach not only makes e-bikes more accessible but also allows us to engage directly with our customers, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.

VoltBike's main distribution center is a brand new warehouse facility and is located in Port Coquitlam, BC, Canada. From this location, we serve entire Canada and ship bicycles and parts every day. Situated with 2x loading docks our warehouse is able to receive and ship at the same time more than a dozen bikes per day. All eBikes In-Stock
Unlike other companies on the market, at VoltBike we store all bikes in-house making sure the bike is available at the time of the order. This allow us to provide better customer experience and you wait less for your bike to arrive.

Individually Tuned and Tested
Once a new order is placed, each bike is individually inspected and tested. Our bike mechanics are doing complete mechanical tune-up. Performance test is executed on each of the electrical components. Once the bike has passed the VoltBike inspection process, it is then assembled based on your specific modifications, including upgrades and added accessories.
