The Enduro represents the pinnacle in the evolution of electric bike performance, offering both pleasure and versatility in a lightweight package. Bafang’s super powerful M600 500w motor with 120Nm or torque and your selection of battery sizes with Samsung cells, provides the power and range to get the most out of those precious hours of ride time.

High quality components such a Trama Air Fork Front -Suspension and RockShox Monarch R rear-shock makes for a major suspension upgrade over the previous Enduro. The 8-Speed Box® Components rear derailleur boasts a limited-slip clutch with instant engagement and constant torque which prevents dropped chains and minimizes chain slap.

Our large colour LCD screen with automatic light located in the middle of the handlebar will display info about your bike, while the integrated USB port can keep your devices charged up while you ride.

Overview

500W Power / 120Nm Torque

Would you like a little more? The M600 motor with 500 watts rated power, 120Nm of torque, just 3.7kg - always delivers top performance and is the first choice for modern eMTBs. With its triple sensor system (1 torque, 2 speed sensors) it reacts with lightning speed to your pedal-power input and delivers impressive support at all times. Voltbike Enduro is using mid-drive motor Bafang M600 48v 500w.

Samsung Battery

VoltBike Enduro is using 48v 19.6Ah (960Wh) battery pack with Samsung INR18650-35E cells. The battery pack holds UL 2271 safety certification. Assembled by Phylion which is one of the largest battery manufacturers for ebike batteries with facilities in China, Europe and India. Samsung SDI’s Li-ion battery cells are preferred by high-end e-bike makers and companies that lead the e-bike market.

Rear Air Shock

New for this year the Enduro is using a RockShox Monarch R rear air shock with a rebound damping speed dial for fine tuning the suspension to suit every individual rider. The stiffer rear linkage uses cartridge bearings providing longer reliability, better traction and control, while soaking up the bumps and decreasing rider fatigue. This shock is constructed from 6061 aluminum / weight 215grams / Rear wheel travel 165mm / shock c to c 190mm / stroke 51mm

Full Suspension

Get increased stability in the bumps and while descending. VoltBike Enduro is a smart choice for all types of riding including trails or in the city. Get better traction, control, and steering, minimizing the risk of mistakes on tough terrain.

Hydraulic Stopping Power

Voltbike Enduro using Tektro Auriga hydraulic front and rear disc brakes with 180mm rotors. Tektro Auriga comp disc brakes features an open system design using non-corrosive and environment-friendly mineral oil. Features dual piston design, melt forged caliper body with automatic positioning via front or rear adapters.

LCD Screen

Large practical display located in the middle of the handlebar offers real time stats such as speed, pedal assist level, battery capacity, distance traveled and current load. You can also charge your cell phone through the built-in USB connector. New for the display is the lighting sensor which atomically activates your lights when it gets dark.

Box Components Shifter

The easy-to-use Box Four Shifter from Box Components allows you to reliably shift between 8 speeds on your bike's rear cassette. This shifter offers an ergonomic lever design and rugged durability for dependable ease of use.

Choosing the right frame size is essential for ensuring comfort on your new bike, and the simplest way to approach this is by measuring your inseam. Your inseam is measured from the middle of your crotch down to your ankle bone on either leg.

Enjoying the bike

So far so good. 2 minor issues that were resolved by the helpful people at Voltbike. Plenty of torque for the hills & bridges and comfortable to ride on the trails. The upgraded headlight is the brightest I’ve seen and the range with the upgraded battery gives me confidence to take a longer ride. Very happy with the purchase.

Bike came with too many issues, very slow support.

I received an Enduro with a bent hanger that caused a ton of shifting issues. Been waiting weeks for voltbike to help. Hopefully they’ll send the part I need so I can finally use the bike. The kick stand also fell off within the first 5 minutes of riding. Pretty disappointed and wish they had a better return policy so I could bring the bike back instead of having to deal with these problems and not being able to even use it.

Learning Curve

I recently switched from a hub drive to a the Volt Bike Enduro. I am finding myself more of an active participant when cycling as shifting gears is important to climbing hills more efficiently. I like what I see so far and I have awarded four stars but I think I need more time with the product before passing final judgement.

Awesome

I just bought the Volt Bike Enduro. I upgraded my bike with the Judy Silver fork and the Box four shifting system. All I got to say is Volt Bike you hit it out of the park with this one. Could not be happier, it is an awesome bike supported by the full suspension. Well done!!!!

Bike arrived (BC to Ontario) without a scratch.
I ordered with drive train upgrade and max battery. Voltbike put a back rack on for me as like to haul groceries etc when I’m not on trails.
All good !
