Battery LED replacement

For Voltbike models with: 48V x 18” style Li-Ion downtube battery - possible failure due to corrosion.
Tools/ parts required:
- small / #1 phillips screwdriver
- new replacement LED board
1. Test your battery LED button while the battery is on the bike and when plugged into the charger. If the battery LEDs are not lighting up as green bars, it has failed and you will need to replace the LED board.
2. Remove the four screws that secure the battery top in place.
3. Unplug the four JST wire connectors that attach to the board.
4. Remove the four small screws holding the old circuit board in place. Mount the new LED board, install the four screws, and reconnect the wires.
5. Attach the battery top and ensure the screws are tight.
6. Test the new LED display on the battery.
