Can I change my order?

If you notice an error when placing your order—such as selecting the wrong bike model, complimentary accessory, color, or accessory—or if you’re reconsidering your final choices, we can make adjustments as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made. To modify your order after shipping, you’ll need to initiate a return once you receive the shipment.
