How do I replace my battery LED panel?

Voltbike advises that this type of repair should be conducted by a certified electrician to mitigate the risk of injuries.

For Voltbike models with: 48V x 18” Li-Ion downtube battery (Reention Dorado)
- possible failure due to corrosion

Tools/ parts required:
small / #1 phillips screwdriver
new replacement LED board

Test your battery on bike and in charger to ensure proper function. If battery LED has failed, you will need to replace the LED board

Remove the four screws that secure the battery top in place.

Unplug the JST wire connectors.

Remove four small screws holding the circuit board on. Replace with new board and reconnect the wires.

Attach battery top and ensure screws are tight.
