What are your hours of operation?
Port Coquitlam, BC Distribution Center
Our Canadian Headquarters is open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Monday through Friday.
Saturday we're open 10 am to 3:00 pm with reduced staffing. At this location, we usually have several demo bikes on the floor available for test rides. However, it's always a good idea to call prior to visiting us to make sure we have the bike that you are looking to test ride.
Our Port Coquitlam location is also open for regular tune-ups or repairs.
Blaine, WA, USA Distribution Center
Our Blaine WA Distribution Center is normally open for local pickups. Please note that there are no test rides available at this location.
The facility is normally open 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Customer Service
Our Customer Support and Technical Support teams are available 10 am - 5 pm Pacific time Monday through Saturday.
