How can I prevent my Voltbike tires to get puncture?

Here are some tips you can follow:

Use puncture-resistant tires:

Tires like the Kenda Juggernaut 26 x 4" on the Yukon or the Kenda 20 x 4” on the Mariner, are designed specifically to resist punctures, like those with thicker sidewalls or reinforced layers, can reduce the risk of flats.

Install tire liners:

These are placed between the tire and the inner tube, providing an extra layer of protection against sharp objects.

Check tire pressure regularly:

Under-inflated tires are more likely to get pinched or punctured. Keeping your tires properly inflated (according to the manufacturer's recommendation) helps reduce the chances of flats.

Avoid riding over debris:

Keep an eye out for sharp objects like glass, nails, or thorns on the road. If you can avoid them, you’re less likely to get a puncture.

Use sealant:

Inner tubes with sealant can self-seal small punctures as they occur, preventing a flat.

Keep your tires in good condition:

Regularly inspect your tires for wear and tear, cracks, or embedded debris. Replacing worn-out tires can help prevent punctures.

Ride carefully:

Avoid hitting curbs, potholes, and rough surfaces that might cause your tire to get damaged or punctured.
