Can I change my order?

If you notice an error when placing your order online—such as selecting the wrong bike model, helmet, color, or accessory—or if you're having second thoughts about your final order, we can correct it before the order ships. However, please note that we cannot make adjustments to any orders that have already shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. If you need to change an order after it has shipped, you will need to initiate a return after receiving the shipment.
