Volt Bike website said this battery was on backorder until end of April. I waited until mid May to order(no website update). Credit card was charged immediately. Waited for more weeks, no battery. Contacted Volt Bikes, no batteries yet. But they would pull one from their in-stock bikes and send me that. Great! Why charge my credit card before part is available? How about updating your website and keep the customer informed?
Looking forward to longer trips with the bigger battery.
Bought a used battery from them and it was delivered quickly and the battery is in good condition for a great price. Package was well packed. Very pleased

The bike is very comfortable and the frame is solid and well built. I have recently completed a short bike trip from Swartz Bay to Victoria and back. The route was on pavement, trails and gravel with no difference in the comfort or performance of the bike.
There was a mixup on the motor, but they are returning it to make it right

A great sturdy bike. It is quite heavy. Rides great. Takes me up hills with no effort. Recommend it to anyone who is looking for an ebike.
The new color display deluxe looks and works great, but attaching to the bike was a nightmare. Took forever to figure out that the tiny nut goes into a small channel that was super difficult to get it into. Some instructions would have been useful. Other than that, all is good!
Perfect replacement for my Yukon 750. Only replaced the bald rear tire that had about 3000 km on it. Challenging change but YouTube videos were helpful.
My bike quit working. Discovery the color LCD failed and that controls the bike drive system. 159.$ I thought was to much money to replace less than 3 yr old.. Settled on the non colored display and works fine.
We purchased 2 new Elegant Voltbikes and are very happy with them. We bought the largest battery and have gone for approx 20km round trip excursions and the battery level shows no drop. I purchased the suspension seat for mine and find it makes it easier on my back during the bumpier rides. We're quite satisfied with our purchases.

Bike arrived to my house a week after I placed the order. It was incredibly easy to install the handle bars and pedals. Myself (5'3") and my husband (6'6") and my son (6'2") all took it for a test drive and its driving great and very easy to learn to use! I am very happy with the upgraded seat and suspension post I decided on. I'm very excited to spend the summer putting some serious km's on her!
I have 4100 km on my bike and I have replaced one set of tires and brakes. I love this bike, with the fat tires it is super stable in ruts. I take it out to the west coast and have a great time in low tide travelling on the sand and rocks. I run around 20 lbs of air pressure in my tires for maximum battery life. Cheers have fun
I ordered the small frame outback it came with 27.5 tires. The bike had an ugly creaking noise that no one could figure out. I removed the rear shock, put in a wooden blank, no more noise. These bikes are assembled with paint on the shock pins. Cleaned the paint off the pins, lubed and reassembled and no more noise. Not something I should have to do on a brand new $2400 bike.
Unfortunately, it made the seat a little too high for me even at the lowest height. Thankfully, Voltbike gives you the original seat post along with it, so i swapped it out. I made use of the suspension post on my older mountain bike, which I plan on selling anyway.
Very efficient order/deliver process - 4 days to receive (May 2026). After reading the info on the bigger sized battery, I knew this would fit my existing Voltbike Yukon 750 (purchased in 2022). Fits the bike and the charger and has excellent range!!
Only had my Outback for about a week but loving every minute of it! Shipping was super fast. Customer service has been great. Go get one!
