Bought a used battery from them and it was delivered quickly and the battery is in good condition for a great price. Package was well packed. Very pleased

Buying an E bike is one thing , being able to to buy the needed parts afterwards is very important , thank you Voltbike for having both .

I received the new charger in about 4-5 days even though I live 5 hours north of Vancouver.
