I have an old 2017 model and had to ask a lot of question, but at first the email response were not always there. After I talked to them in the phone everything went smoothly and I received great service
3 months of owning my E-bike and it has been great . Goes everywhere that I like riding , off rode , back trails and highways.
Also got the accessories, trunk , panini , cell phone holder.
The only thing I wished I did when I bought my bike was to upgrade the battery to a lager size. ( I ended up buying and now I can travel further and I now have a backup battery.)
