Add-ons: Suntour NCX Suspension Seat Post

We purchased 2 new Elegant Voltbikes and are very happy with them. We bought the largest battery and have gone for approx 20km round trip excursions and the battery level shows no drop. I purchased the suspension seat for mine and find it makes it easier on my back during the bumpier rides. We're quite satisfied with our purchases.

Unfortunately, it made the seat a little too high for me even at the lowest height. Thankfully, Voltbike gives you the original seat post along with it, so i swapped it out. I made use of the suspension post on my older mountain bike, which I plan on selling anyway.

Suntour NCX suspension seat is a dream.
Torque sensor is fantastic, so much more responsive than a cadence sensor.
Multiple scratches on the display screen was disappointing; Workable but not good.
SNAFU in shipping, shippers fault. Once shipper was changed, delivery was prompt.
Water bottle cage placement on down tube is virtually impossible due to location of mounting screws and battery placement; lack of vertical space; Volt web page claims compatibility with Yukon 750?
Again, not Volt's fault, but the shipping cardboard box had major impact holes.
Due to the Volt's excellent padding inside the shipping box, appears the bike was not damaged; impact near lower part of the derailer is still under review.
Would I buy from Volt again...Yes, the product is solid.

The 25amp/h battery is a life changer! I could make 90 km(80%of the charge) mixing full throttle and paddle assist. I have been riding Volt Bravo with joy since the day I bought it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The bike is even managing 40+ km per hour on the downhills just perfectly!

The delivery package arrived in a few days, the bike was 85% pre-assembled - thank you for doing that!
