The product was sufficient. But I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 7 days. It was a birthday gift and we missed the day. I contacted the company about the shipping and they did not answer me in regarding the refund of the shipping cost. They ignored the request.

I ordered a mirror and i got the type that fits in the handle bar. However the nut that was sent with the mirror was completely wrong as demonstrated in the picture. It cannot be tightened. The person who assembled the mirror did not put a proper nut in the unit. This is very disappointing. Picture sent separatly

Last year I did the test ride and this year I finally bought it. I received the bike very quickly. It is 90% assembled so attaching the pedals and handlebar took no time and is easy to do. I would like to see more instructions, either with the bike or online, for Before your first ride. I couldnt figure out if I need to lube the chain or not.
Bike had a little scratch on the frame so I contacted Support/assistance. Jason was very helpful with questions I had about the Before first use of the bike and also for sending me free mirror for the troubles. Thank you Jason! Awesome!
I am new to ebikes and pretty much beginner, but the bike rides smoothly, shifts easy, you I dont really feel the weight of the bike while riding. I love my new bike and would recommend to friends for sure. Price is very reasonable too. I havent put many km on it yet, and only own it for over a month, but I think that I picked the perfect bike for me. Great job Volt bikes!
