Placed order Aug19 waited weeks without hearing anything from Volt on status of shipment, not a "hey parts are not in stock or working to get them to you asap", nothing.
Finally shipped Sept 24 and still have not received it as they seem to be on a cross Canada tour of some sorts that started in BC made to Dartmouth NS, I live mere kilometres away in Halifax and then were shipped back across the country to Alberta and as of today they are in Quebec.
Original delivery date was Oct 2 now supposed to be delivered Oct 9 , I will have to see tomorrow if that comes true or not.
I always had good things to say about Volt when asked about my Bravo, no more and will definitely be shopping around to other brands when my wife wants to upgrade to an e-bike.
It appears to be a quality unit but unfortunately it’s way too small for my needs.
This is a great bike, my wife and I are riding nearly 40 km per day, replacing most of our commute. I recommend this brand to anyone who asks.
The only trouble we had was with the delivery. Our package tracker never updated beyond "preparing shipment" so we had no idea when the package would arrive. We were advised that the courier would notify us early in the day when the package would arrive and told that we could contact the courier directly. I reached out to the courier 2 days before delivery and got no response. We finally get a call from the driver saying he is "10 minutes away". We were 30 minutes away from the home. We had to cancel our plans and rush home to sign for the package and the courier didn't show up for another 2 hours anyway.
I'm sure most of these problems are from the third party courier, but it is frustrating to be expected to be available within 10 minutes to sign for a package when people have other commitments. Please relay to your shipping company as appropriate.
It is easy to get in touch with the Volt people, and to get the technical help needed to keep our very-pleasant Volt e-bike on the road.
Great product and came very quickly! Love all the increased cargo space for my bike, very light but sturdy as well.
Ordered 2- 20x4 tires plus inner tubes. Delivery was on time. Very happy with the service.

Enjoying it immensely. Difficult to find a mounting place for a standard size water bottle. Have a small one forward of the front wheel stem. Any ideas?
We are very happy with our purchase and the seamless exchange process. Thank you so much for the easy exchange when we inadvertently ordered the wrong size. The only hiccup was Canada Post sending our parcel to us (we live in BC) via Montreal for some reason. This delayed our receiving by a few days but it’s here now and installed. Have to say that we have been very happy with the products and the service that we have received to date from Volt Bike.
I recently switched from a hub drive to a the Volt Bike Enduro. I am finding myself more of an active participant when cycling as shifting gears is important to climbing hills more efficiently. I like what I see so far and I have awarded four stars but I think I need more time with the product before passing final judgement.
