Good value

Excellent value in this market. Have had Rad bike before but very heavy compared to Volt. Trying a step thru unit. Living in Winnipeg, the cold winter is still here so no long rides yet. Looks like super value and there is a Volt service company here, so happy knowing that the bases are covered!

Best value and performance for the price

I have had a Cube ebike for 5 summers now. Due to an injury a few years ago, I am unable to ski in the winter> Living in a mountain town, winters are long, and I wanted a bike to spin around the trails on. After many hours of research I bought the Volt Yukon V2 Step-Thru. What a great ride!!! I have put studded tires on and the bike can travel on all terrain in all conditions. I had a couple of questions before my purchase, called Voltbike and actually talked to a real person who was very helpful. Shipping was quick, bike was easy to put together and now I am a winter warrior on my bike. In the summer I will put the regular tires on the bike and it will be my sons way of getting around our busy mountain town. Thank Voltbike for a great product!

Extremely pleased ordering an Ebike online and...

Your E-bike purchase online is an expensive investment that deserves our diligence to compare not only type of bike, style overall function, weight with so many manufacturers on the market. Why I chose Voltbike Yukon V2 Step-Thru? Manufacturer and final assembly in Canada Southern, BC mainland. Excellent owner revenues. But final decision over my top 3 manufacturers, Rad, Aventon or VoltBike: the pre-purchase response was immediate by phone a real person answered. Well informed with clarity of product knowledge. Through the ordering process again real person asking me to clarify my order to ensure no errors. After market support, continues to be customer centered in a timely matter. Voltbike is the full real deal. Reggie

Not purchased yet but already totally impressed with Voltbike

Researching E-bikes online has been a confusing challenge over the last 8 weeks. So many brands, so many questions about every brand, never an easy choice, reviews of all show weaknesses. Pricing extras and pricing of accessories wide range of cost for same items. Voltbike website easy to navigate, clear choices and details. All reviews of owners are a high level approval. Canadian manufactured and expressed reviews of service by owners are all great.

Love our bikes

The ability to get out in the Bruce Peninsula again is amazing. First ride we went 25 km through cottage Country roads with loose gravel and pavement. Amazingly the next day and we are both still walking. We are in our early 70s and if it was not raining today we would be back out. It does take some getting used to and practice. My suggestion is take it slow until you are comfortable with all of the settings and controls. We can't wait to travel further afield and see how far we can go on one charge.
