I ordered a wide seat for my volt bike trio, your representative never got back to me via email on their “back order” status. Why no response? 🤷🏼‍♂️👎🏻

I got the wide seat because I assume it would be more comfortable, however, it is really uncomfortable and too wide, the back of my upper thighs hit it while pedalling. Maybe as a female, I have a distorted idea of how big my seat needed to be - but I wish I had got the regular seat.

This was a tough purchase for me. I felt this was for seniors. But..a disability has impacted my ability to balance, so I stopped bicycling. I missed it for the last two years so I decided to purchase this and get over my ego. I am so glad I did! It does take a bit of practise which I recommend before using pedal assist. I love that I can make turns without worrying about tipping and I can stop and not worry about putting my foot down. Do recommend this purchase and felt after a lot of research, this was value for the money as well as a Canadian product - which was important to me!

This is the second volt e-bike we have purchased and are very happy with the service and performance of the bike.

So these Yukon ebikes are game changers for me and my wife.She was starting to have trouble on the hills with her pedal powered mountain bike,not anymore,very comfortable with enough power.These bikes are fairly heavy so you definitely need the hydraulic brakes which I think function very wellOne of our best and favourite purchases .

I bought my first Ebike, a Yukon 750 in 2019. I had zero issues over the years. I bought a new one because I needed a step through model and chose the Yukon V2. Powerful and easy to handle. Staff are great!

Tire blew first time using the bike and yes the proper air pressure used. Contacted Volt but they had no intentions of replacing it. Love the bike, just hope nothing goes wrong with it because not sure if I’ll get the support.

Brand new out of the box issues!
Battery shakes - u literally take your hand and move it back and forth, tried tightening still rattles down the trail
Back tire wobbles rattles down the trail, movement side to side with your hand
pedals or motor - not at low speeds but medium speed 30kmh makes clicking noise

I have called left message no return call
i emailed - too have them email me back to email someone else? why didnt they just forward to them and me same time?

1. For the battery rattling issue, can you ensure that the battery is locked in place? If the battery is properly seated then you should not be able to remove it without using the key. You need to mount the battery firm and fully inserted until the key-lock is locked.
-Yes done battery still rattles you can move it w hand

2. Clicking noise when pedalling is most likely related to improperly installed pedals. Please remove the pedals, grease the threads and tighten them tight (as much as you can). If possible, please use a long arm wrench for better tension. Please watch the video below:

3. How did you identify that the rear hub is loose? Please send us more details or video if possible

-By taking my hand on back tire and there is movement side to side

-I would like you to take this one back as it seems to have a few things not right, was a shame to get a bike with no one seeing these issues when you packaged up and sent to me cause it started immediately first ride came home tightened everything and took it out a second time noise continues, it has 24 km, on it, easy trails, cause of the rattling noise , I take my other enduro out now no rattling noise runs perfect,

I bought a second enduro to let friends use, and at this point it’s unsafe to ride, please send new one, and u can have this one back, with no issues,

Great service.

I like the size of my Elegant V2, it is lighter than my Outback and much easier for me to load onto my carrier; however I do not like listening to the noise the motor makes when I’m riding.

It is what we ordered

The delivery guy dropped the box across the front steps to the wrong apartment. Good thing I saw him from my frontroom window. I went out and told him he was at the wrong apartment. He told me he only had to leave in at the curb.
I was not impressed and told him he couldn't leave it there and that I couldn't lift it myself. After arguing five minutes he helped me drag in around back and it was left in the rain as he wouldn't move it anymore.
The delivery company was Ace Delivery and pretty must useless.
Im 72 years old and he was lazy as far as Im concerned

The bike was given to me so I’m not exactly sure of the year. The rail for the battery I ordered was incorrect and I will take a picture and send it next time I take it off. I still have a few problems with it but love the bike and ride just about daily

Recently ordered the bike for a customer and it was delivered on time. The white version of this model looks great, it just makes look of the bike much better.

Tried installing the inside left mirror using large connector but no suck luck .. I have Volt Mariner step thru so I may try handle bars ones or try local set .

What an incredible and fun bike! So stable and easy to learn. Great range on the battery, and my pup fits in the back rack!

We just bought our second pair of Volt bikes and can't be happier! First bikes we sold because too heavy for me to lift on my own, husbands unexpected health issues put a damper on our biking, we needed lighter bikes. So a quick sale of the Yukons and now into lighter and just as much fun Bravo Volt Bikes that I can easily lift in and out of our bike rack! So we're back riding and having so much fun! When we had our Yukons, I brought them in for a service and some add ons, and everyone was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. So easy to get excellent help and their recommendation for our new bikes has been perfect! You want a great Ebike and a really good price point, with good resale value if you need it, I totally recomment Volt Bikes!

3000 km and battery hold only 30 km on PAM.

My Voltbike Trio arrived in good condition and was very easy to unpack and complete the assembly. The trike gears work smoothly and the trike is comfortable to ride. the customer service has been great ! Very glad that I made this purchase. Can't wait for warmer weather so I can get full use of the trike. Would recommend this trike to any interested buyers.

Shipping was quick, easy to assemble, solid bike. Tire blew first day out, with proper air pressure. Thought I’d get a new tube or credit but nothing. Other than that I s great

It took me a bit to commit to buying because of the price but so glad I did. Well worth it
It is very well made
The only minor thing is the water bottle holder for me should be higher
(I’m short and I always bump it with my knee getting on and off

The technician who guided me to purchase this based on pictures i sent of my bike, told me to purchase this piece. When i went to install it, it appears that it's the wrong part. I'm not impressed with the service at Volt nor the quality of the plastic on the bike.

I'm a new e triker so haven't really practiced as of yet but more review will be coming
