Kodiak 2 is a great bike. Customer service was good. There was an issue with the shipping , but they managed to sort it out
I love my suspension seat post. I have a bad back and this makes it a lot more comfortable to ride.
I am enjoying my step thru bike . So much easier than trying to throw my leg over the seat. It was easy to put together as most of it was assembled when shipped. I love my ride.
I bought the Yukon step thru. Love this bike for its superior quality, I've had no problems over the last four years. The staff were very helpful over the phone in figuring out the best product to purchase and delivery to door in 3-5 business days is amazing as I live in Saskatchewan.

You advertise a chain with Quick link but sent only a chain with a pin ready to be inserted to join chain together. For$40 I would expect a GOOD quality Quick link.
Easy install. Did a adjustments to the tension spring , big difference on the ride , good addition the the bike ,
I am so happy with my volt elegant e bike. It has all the power and
range that I need and then some. In fact after rides of 15+K the battery still shows 80% .
Excellent customer service and delivery! Reasonably priced, no trouble peddling with the assist and hardly need the throttle. It seems that a backup battery is a better price than most as well!

Placed order Aug19 waited weeks without hearing anything from Volt on status of shipment, not a "hey parts are not in stock or working to get them to you asap", nothing.
Finally shipped Sept 24 and still have not received it as they seem to be on a cross Canada tour of some sorts that started in BC made to Dartmouth NS, I live mere kilometres away in Halifax and then were shipped back across the country to Alberta and as of today they are in Quebec.
Original delivery date was Oct 2 now supposed to be delivered Oct 9 , I will have to see tomorrow if that comes true or not.
I always had good things to say about Volt when asked about my Bravo, no more and will definitely be shopping around to other brands when my wife wants to upgrade to an e-bike.
