Overview

500W Pure Power

BAFANG is the world’s biggest manufacturer of hub motors for e-bikes. VoltBike Mariner is using Bafang G06 series geared motor which provides 80 N.m. max torque and up to 750w of peak power. The Bafang G06 series is remarkable for its high efficiency and power thanks to the integrated nylon planetary gears.

Long Range Battery

VoltBike Mariner is using 48v 17.5Ah (840Wh) battery pack with Samsung INR18650-35E cells. The battery pack is assembled by Phylion which is one of the largest battery manufacturers for ebike batteries with facilities in China, Europe and India.

Extra Smooth Ride

Voltbike Mariner comes standard with lockout suspension Mozo FatMan-20 which can handle up to 5.2 inches wide tire. Designed for quick release axles and bolt on axles. 135mm dropout, 32mm stanchions, 210mm steerer tube, 90mm travel. Weight is only 7lbs.

Sturdy Rear Rack and Mudguards

VoltBike Mariner comes standard with rigid metal fenders which can sustain the highest abuse on the trail. Also comes with rear rack which features extra wide tubing so you can carry more load compared to our rivals.

Puncture Resistant Fat Tire

Fat tire bikes provide improved grip and traction on the most troublesome terrain by adding extra contact surface. Voltbike Mariner comes with puncture resistant tires Kenda Juggernaut K-Shield. Reflective liners are adding extra visibility at night.

Hydraulic Stopping Power

Voltbike Mariner is using Tektro Auriga hydraulic front and rear disc brakes with 180mm rotors. Tektro Auriga comp disc brakes features an open system design using non-corrosive and environment-friendly mineral oil. Features dual piston design, melt forged caliper body with automatic positioning via front or rear adapters.

Always Visible

Mariner is equipped with a high lumen front LED light with a consistent, well-focused beam pattern. Rear LED light powered using the main battery pack. Features brake light functionality that is activated any time the brakes are applied. Reflective tire liner ensures you are visible from the side.

Simple Controls

Our redesigned cockpit includes large easy to read LCD screen which shows all the important information like speed, battery level and current load. Get instant power with the integrated half-twist throttle with and on/off button which helps prevent accidental activation.

Easy to Fold

Mariner can be easily folded to fit anywhere and also saves space at home wherever you choose to store it! When folded it measures at only 45"x26"x19" (length x height x width).

Extremely Customizable

Customize your Mariner with over 20 VoltBike certified accessories. Choose a top tube bag to carry your cell phone or pannier bag to carry bigger cargo. Add front rack on your bike to carry even more load.

My New VoltBike Mariner

I am a big VoltBike Fan,…have just purchased my second VoltBike Mariner. I have also purchased an VoltBike Urban as a gift for my sister and a VoltBike Yukon as a gift for her hubby. I have put many miles on my bike since purchasing my first Mariner in 2018 and have never had any issues whatsoever to deal with. These bikes are reasonably priced, very durable and an absolute joy to ride !!!

Wow, those bikes are something else. Even my wife who hasn't ran a bike for the last 20 years found it easy to ride after a good training.
They are a bit heavy but for this reason they hold on the roads.

Early reveiw

I have only had this bike for a week less then 10 km, but it seems to be a decent bike. The only thing I don’t like is the seat on it, volt skimped out on it and is not very comfortable, I would have liked a wider seat with a back rest. Other then that it seems to be a solid bike, and feels good.

Enjoying my bike

I received my bike April 16th and I am new to the e-bike universe. I have only been out on a couple of trail rides so far and the bike works great. No issues to date. Looking forward to riding a lot more now that the weather has started to warm up. If I could of rated a 4.5, I would have. I never rate at the highest as everything in life can always improve.

Very happy with our bikes !
One thing you can improve on is your “ next day shipping “. It is obvious that your company is not able to meet that commitment . It would be best that you commit to a more realistic timeframe for shipping your bikes so as to not cause a lack of confidence in your business . Do better with this aspect of your business and I would have given you 5 stars . So far we have been happy with our bikes and the warranty issues ( fine tuning of rubbing brakes ), have been easy to deal with at our local bike shop and reimbursement of fees has been prompt . So we are very impressed with that ! It was a bit concerning how we would be able to utilized our warranty if need be and we were very happy that our concerns were handled promptly and easy to rectify!
