Couldn't load pickup availability
The old assembly failed and I could not release the battery from the bike. After reviewing the issue with with the Voltbike customer rep. and ordering a new one, everything turned out Great. Easy to install and the 2020 Bravo is as good as new.

Key Lock Assembly
It did arrive promptly after I ordered it. That is now the third one I have had to install on my battery is a different question in it's self.
