After having been a loyal customer for a number of years, 30 days (to the day) to receive 2 replacement chains and a little touch up paint was a disappointing lead/shipping time.

You advertise a chain with Quick link but sent only a chain with a pin ready to be inserted to join chain together. For $40 I would expect a GOOD quality quick link.

Chain is split so I will need to buy a tool to drive the pin in, no quick connecting links were supplied as stated in the description and as shown in the photos on the product page. Also have a question is the chain pre waxed or oiled?
