Ordered wrong bike, return was very smooth.

I ordered an ebike for my wife, not realizing the Yukon 750 was a fat tire bike. My wife didn't love it. I called Volt while the bike was still in the box, no issues to return it. Dropped id off at the Calgary location, Aalli was very helpful. Got the refund today. Now my wife will go online to the volt site, and pick out a bike she will like. Not me I'm out.

Outstanding service and bike 🚲

I bought a Venture Volt bike in April and couldn’t be happier! Atta and the team have been fantastic from the very start. When I first called with questions, she was incredibly attentive, followed up promptly, and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. The delivery driver was also kind and patient—it truly felt like I was dealing with real people from a local company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

I purchased the step-thru model, and it’s been perfect for my needs. I have meniscus tears and can’t put pressure on my knees, but this bike provides the power and assistance I need at all times. On top of that, it’s beautifully designed and clearly well-built.

Support local—Volt Bikes and their amazing team won’t disappoint you!

Fun bike, but very noisy. Sounds like somethings rattling around in the motor or gears. Apparently this motor is known for being noisy. Buying experience was something to be desired. 7/10

Always great advice and fast delivery. Upgrades my controllers on our Yukons. Much better than the original.

Tried my trike the other day and first i would like to say it is a very nice looking bike, love the colour blue.
It does take some getting use to since i feel when you are riding and get on slanted road you do feel like you lean alot because it feels like it will tip, that is also going slow with assist on one. ( little uncomfortable feeling)
The battery life seems good went for three hours and battery didnt budge 😊
I would recommend getting a cushy seat as the one it comes with is not comfortable and very hard.
I do wish they had a basket for the front as i would like to keep purse etc so i can see it instead of the back. You can purchase a rack for front but i would prefer basket
I am looking forward to getting out on it more often once weather gets better.
We had to buy a cargo carrier to go on back of truck because the bike is heavy and cant be lifted by yourself in the box of a pickup.
If you are going to buy look into a carrier with ramp.

Mariner V2

Love my new Mariner, replaced the saddle, other than that it’s perfect 😊. This is my 2nd Volt bike, still use my Elegant as well but the Mariner is a better fit for my 5’2” frame. I highly recommend Volt bike.

Best purchase I’ve made for my daughter, she ventures further & explores the area more, she uses the bike more than the kms posted so we charge every 2 days… best referral ever!!!

Battery purchase.

Called to speak with a VoltBike representative about ordering a battery. The team member was knowledgeable, and very helpful. I felt like my order was handled wonderfully and my questions were answered thoroughly. Thank You.

Brakes Do Stop

Great pads, followed the preparation vids on the Volt Bike site. Discovered through the process that I had air in my lines.
Very informative and helful.

Xtra wide seating

Seems to affect the handling of the bike. Will consider trying the original seat that came with the bike.

Seat post suspension

Makes for a more comfortable ride.

Trio Trike

While I haven't driven the Trike much yet I can say that the seat - (large one) is quite uncomfortable and I find the distance between seat and handle bars is too close. I am rather scrunched.

Great bike. Was looking for the lightest bike possible for my wife with good battery. She had it on pas 2 and sometimes 3, we went 30k and battery still showed full. The only thing she had issue with is slanted paths with curves. Was hard to turn for her. The other thing is the bike was expensive so we went with the regular seat and it’s horrible. Gona have to buy a different one.

Exactly what I needed

(Male, 48yo) Having had major surgery and spent many months in a hospital bed, needless to say that my muscles had all but vanished and walking became an impossible task. Through rehab, I started to walk again and my next logical step was riding a bike. Having lost all balance, a conventional bike was not an option because the risk of falling was immense. This is where an electric tricycle weirdly became a thing. Sure, I feel too young for an eTrike, but if it means moving around vs staying at home, I'll give it a try.

I chose Voltbike simply on one basic preconceived idea: as a Canadian, if I want to know how to move around a city in a healthy and efficient way, I'd ask someone from BC and, more specifically, Vancouver. So, lo and behold, here I am shopping an eTrike that looks kinda nice, from a BC company, and promises great customer service, easy assembly and awesome performance.

Well: Voltbike delivered. In less than 10 days, I had my bike at my door in la Belle Province. Ordrered all the bells and whistles: torque pedal and deluxe seat are the essentials I'd recommend. Assembly is a breeze: just unscrew 4 bolts, put the handlebars in place, rescrew same 4 bolts. Voilà. That's it. All the wiring is already done, simply adjust the height of the seat. I'd say the bike came 99% assembled, which to me was essential. Please note: the box it came in is huge! Which is a good thing, but it might surprise you.

Performance wise, there is a small learning curve on two points. First one being how to handle curves: you need to feel how to incline your body into the curve and it takes a few minutes to get the hang of it. The second one is learning how the electrical assist helps, with the different levels of intensity. This took me two distinct rides to fully understand how the bike can best HELP me when needed, the way I need it to. Now it does exactly what I expect of it: not too much assisttance so I'm sweating and working out my leg muscles, but enough assistance to make the ride fun and cover long distances. And if I need a small break: full motor ahead, just like a scooter!

So here we are. I don't know if the Trio is the best bike in the world, but in my experience, it is efficient, comfortable, safe, kinda good looking, and (almost) no assembly required. Surpasses my expectations, and I am one happy camper who can now enjoy life a whole lot more.

Excellent service

Had a minor problem with my front headlight
A short email later all was settled under warranty. Shipping was just as fast .

So far, so Good

Sales service was great. I haven’t had any need for service work. I’m a senior who rode a pedal bike short distances. I found the e-bike much heavier than I was used to, and the different settings confusing - not a complaint, it will just take time to learn them all. I did buy a new seat that was more padded than the one that came with it.

Very good dual suspension bike

This bike is very good compared to what's available in the market at this price range. The best part is the battery life. I upgraded to 25 amp battery and after 35 KM mostly with throttling only, still showing 100%. I assume, it would easily cross 100KM. The dual suspension is excellent as well. I do not feel uneasy in the bumpy road. Bike itself is pretty nice looking as well.
Having said that there are some room for improvement. The bike doesn't have enough power to go uphill. The motor power maxed out during half way while going 100 meter uphill and I had to use assist to make it all the way up and I barely made it. And I am only 150 pound 5 foot 5 inch tall. This was understandable with only 500 watt motor. The thing is the should either increase the motor power or not advertise this bike good for going uphill.
Another thing I did not like is the seat. It is very uncomfortable for longer ride. Something they should be looking forward to change next time.
Also, tyres are not friendly for the city ride. Lots of road noise come from it. It not bad for offroad though.
Overall, I know you can not get everything you want, but these are my suggestions for further improvements.

Thanks,

Shishir

Voltbike Bravo

I’ve received my New Bravo a little over a week ago. It was very easy to assemble. I have put 150km on it already and I’m loving it! I thoroughly researched many brands of e-bikes prior to purchase. A few of my friends had Voltbikes and good reviews so I tried it. Highly recommend Voltbike!
