Can't say enough about my Elegant Bike and support from Volt Bike since my purchase in the spring of 2023. I live in Kitchener Ontario and use it mostly for recreation on bike and rail trails. I can't believe how easy it handles and the range. I usually use it in setting 1 to 3, but will often use the throttle when I go too far or the winds are too strong. I have gone 120 km on a charge and its rated for 80. If you are thinking of getting an ebike buy a Volt bike now. My only "wish" would be the option of having the front light "flash" for road riding during the day and that this function does not dim the display. Currently, if you want the front light on its a solid beam and dims the display. I strongly recommend their helmet (which fits great) and mirrors. Happy Riding

received the bike fast with front rack already installed in perfect condition . this is my 2nd bravo after riding my 1st one 7000 k and still working great without having any problems I thought i would try a new bravo v2 . my concern after the first ride was how much louder the motor is compared to the older bravo don’t no if this is normal otherwise it seems to be a good bike
This is my second Elegant bike. I had the original model which I purchased in 2019. It was my trusty ebike for almost 6 years but I decided I wanted something newer. The pedal assist is much smoother, the updated screen display is a definite improvement, and I love the new hydraulic brakes. Keep up the great work guys!
This is the third volt bike I’ve purchased love them all but the Yukon is a little much for me so unfortunately it has to go but we still have the elegant
Ordered the correct size for the bike listed and it was too long. Customer service has been terrible as they have ghosted me completely.
It’s great tricycle, I’m impressed by the quality, fun to ride on electric way and the oversized seat is so comfortable. I’m very happy with my purchase and I got a pretty good service. I recommend the trio, it worth the money.

I was looking at an extended range battery and decided to go with a whole new bike (new tires, brakes, etc).
My old bike has many years left and I sold it for a good price, showing that they have a solid resale value too.
Great fit! Not too bulky, streamlined and with ample room.
Ease of installation, and performs as advertised. Worth it!

Great beefy tires to handle any terrain. I love riding it on the **** in Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge, the tough tires give me confidence that I can ride over rough surfaces with ease!
It’s also super fun on pavement and the beefy frame feels very comfortable. For reference I am 5’3” female and I few very comfortable on this beefy bike!
The crew at VoltBike are very kind and patient and I am very happy that I bought my bike from knowledgeable people that can help me down the road for tune ups etc.
I definitely recommend The Yukon Step Through, take it for a test drive and you will be smiling!

I bought my bike during the winter so today was my first ride here in Winnipeg.
I bought the suspension seat post as an accessory and it was a great choice.
I went just over 60km today and I had a great time. I also bought 25Ah battery. It only used up hald of the available power.
The Bravo is light enough to pull the front up to avoid pot holes and the suspension seat post can absorb the remaining bump.
I'm very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this bike.
I'm looking forward to my next ride.
I ordered a wide seat for my volt bike trio, your representative never got back to me via email on their “back order” status. Why no response? 🤷🏼♂️👎🏻
I got the wide seat because I assume it would be more comfortable, however, it is really uncomfortable and too wide, the back of my upper thighs hit it while pedalling. Maybe as a female, I have a distorted idea of how big my seat needed to be - but I wish I had got the regular seat.
This was a tough purchase for me. I felt this was for seniors. But..a disability has impacted my ability to balance, so I stopped bicycling. I missed it for the last two years so I decided to purchase this and get over my ego. I am so glad I did! It does take a bit of practise which I recommend before using pedal assist. I love that I can make turns without worrying about tipping and I can stop and not worry about putting my foot down. Do recommend this purchase and felt after a lot of research, this was value for the money as well as a Canadian product - which was important to me!
This is the second volt e-bike we have purchased and are very happy with the service and performance of the bike.
So these Yukon ebikes are game changers for me and my wife.She was starting to have trouble on the hills with her pedal powered mountain bike,not anymore,very comfortable with enough power.These bikes are fairly heavy so you definitely need the hydraulic brakes which I think function very wellOne of our best and favourite purchases .
I bought my first Ebike, a Yukon 750 in 2019. I had zero issues over the years. I bought a new one because I needed a step through model and chose the Yukon V2. Powerful and easy to handle. Staff are great!
Tire blew first time using the bike and yes the proper air pressure used. Contacted Volt but they had no intentions of replacing it. Love the bike, just hope nothing goes wrong with it because not sure if I’ll get the support.

Brand new out of the box issues!
Battery shakes - u literally take your hand and move it back and forth, tried tightening still rattles down the trail
Back tire wobbles rattles down the trail, movement side to side with your hand
pedals or motor - not at low speeds but medium speed 30kmh makes clicking noise

1. For the battery rattling issue, can you ensure that the battery is locked in place? If the battery is properly seated then you should not be able to remove it without using the key. You need to mount the battery firm and fully inserted until the key-lock is locked.
-Yes done battery still rattles you can move it w hand
2. Clicking noise when pedalling is most likely related to improperly installed pedals. Please remove the pedals, grease the threads and tighten them tight (as much as you can). If possible, please use a long arm wrench for better tension. Please watch the video below:

3. How did you identify that the rear hub is loose? Please send us more details or video if possible
-By taking my hand on back tire and there is movement side to side
-I would like you to take this one back as it seems to have a few things not right, was a shame to get a bike with no one seeing these issues when you packaged up and sent to me cause it started immediately first ride came home tightened everything and took it out a second time noise continues, it has 24 km, on it, easy trails, cause of the rattling noise , I take my other enduro out now no rattling noise runs perfect,
I bought a second enduro to let friends use, and at this point it’s unsafe to ride, please send new one, and u can have this one back, with no issues,

I like the size of my Elegant V2, it is lighter than my Outback and much easier for me to load onto my carrier; however I do not like listening to the noise the motor makes when I’m riding.
