Ordered on a Friday guy told me it would be shipped out on Monday morning, waited called on the next Monday still hadn’t left store guy on phone went to see what happened and not sure but he did ship it by purlater and got it the next day Tuesday finally got to go for ride and eventually everything worked out so all is well just a little disappointed, all my other orders have been very good thanks
So far so good. 2 minor issues that were resolved by the helpful people at Voltbike. Plenty of torque for the hills & bridges and comfortable to ride on the trails. The upgraded headlight is the brightest I’ve seen and the range with the upgraded battery gives me confidence to take a longer ride. Very happy with the purchase.
This is a great seat and easy to install. The phone holder is great for my Elegant V2 good work. Thanks 😊
This is my third Vult bike I have bought my first one was a bravo after I received it. I realize it was too big for me then I bought the Elegant v2 my wife wrote it a couple of times and she wanted one so I bought one more. These are great bikes all made I love you as I am a senior. and is getting hard to throw my leg over the seat. The only problem I had was with a shipping Day and Ross have to hire people that have some common sense. When my bike arrived. The person was by himself. He grabbed the box that the bike was in and lift it over his head and walked to the garage where I was and set up asking me to help, which I would have he carried the bike in the box over his head and then dropped it to the ground roughly 3 to 4 feet. I then told him I would’ve helped if he would have asked all he did was give me the machine to sign. I don’t I would not sign until I see if the bike was damaged the box was mangled the bike looked OK but I was not happy with the shipper. I think the company should look for a new shipper
Lots of room and looks good. Time will tell if the fasteners last. Why they couldn't use something other than plastic? I do plan on trips with an extra battery and that makes me nervous to have a 10lb object in there , at times, on bumpy trails. Since there is some play I have used zip ties to secure the fasteners to the frame to help avoid movement and potential. People have reviews about using them for an extra battery, but I have read none about how they stand up on backtrails. I will update when I have tried this.
With the zip ties they remain very quiet on bumpy terrain. I am impressed with the quality of the material and the reinforcement at the bottom of the bags
This Box4, 8 speed cassette is a 42-12 which replaces the original cassette 38-11 on my Volt Enduro. Better gears for climbing not quite as fast on the level though. Wanted to replace my 38T crank gear at the same time but Volt doesn't sell them. So much for supporting local business! Thank goodness for the Internet sales options!!
I bought an Urban V2 bike in 2024. I purchased a front rack in 2025 to put a bag on. In mid-2025, I noticed the original light with the bike was gone but didn't know why it was gone. I thought maybe someone tried to steal it and broke it.
I ordered a new light in the spring. After installing it, I quickly realized why the original one was gone. Within 10 seconds of leaving my driveway, the new light broke got caught in the front rack when I turned left onto the street and snapped off. This is because the mounting bracket for the light sat the light too high leaving the top of the light within the bag rack causing it snap off when the handlebars are turned.
I bought yet another light from Volt (3rd one). I tried getting a local bike repair shop to bend the light mounting bracket so the light would fit under the bag rack. They were able to bend it but then the cord from bike's computer cannot be connected to the light.
So, because of this bad design, I have 1 of 3 choices: (1) remove the bag rack and keep the Volt light; (2) keep my bag bracket but don't use the Volt light; or (3) buy a non-Volt light (that's much more expensive) but it won't connect to my computer unless I get the wire connection cut off and replaced because the one that Volt uses doesn't match. I've chosen (1) for now. However, it boggles my mind that Volt would sell accessories (e.g. the front rack) that doesn't work with the original bike. Very bad design in my opinion...
I was able to get 16,000 kms from my first 500 Yukon but only 8,000 from my second 750 Yukon and just received my third 750 Yukon.
The bike looks so much better without the fenders and white wall tires. Great service and like the box says, YOU'RE GONNA HAVE SO MUCH FUN!
The Trio's rear wheels can really deliver the bumps, cracks and pot holes to your seat. I have a bad back and that wasn't comfortable! So I ordered this seat post. It's amazing how smooth it makes the ride! I know the back wheels are bouncing over something, but I barely feel it through the seat post. I totally recommend this.
My wife and I just purchased these two bikes and love them already. I drive the Yukon ,my wife the Mariner . We are after driving them three times in the first week - very impressed.
Both bikes are still showing close to a full charge after the three ,one hour trips . They arrived in a timely manner with Day and Ross both in good shape. Would highly recommend them and have already told friends how much fun they are.
Heavy duty body, no plastic - fits my samsung S25 ultra perfect. No shaking or moving when going over rough terrain. Matches my elegant like it was made for it, easy to install. Love it and the price as a bicycle shop tried selling me one of those rubber band ones for not much cheaper.
My wife and I just purchased these two bikes and are quite impressed. Three one hour trips and both bikes still showing full charge.
Lots of fun ! These are our first E- Bikes. Took approximately a little over a week - what seemed good for the distance — B.C to Cape Breton N.S
Hello Voltbike Team,
This is the third Voltbike I have purchased, and I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service this time.
I understand that this may be one of the busiest times of the year for bike orders, and I took that into consideration before placing my order. I reviewed the shipping information on your website, which states that orders are typically shipped within 2–7 days.
I placed my order on May 26, 2026. While I did order a few additional accessories, my order was not shipped until June 9, 2026—almost two weeks later. As of today, June 12, 2026, I still have not received my bike.
What is especially frustrating is that full payment was taken immediately, and I had no issue with that. However, considering that it has now been nearly three weeks since I placed my order, I believe some form of compensation would be reasonable given the delay and the fact that the shipping timeframe advertised on your website was not met.
As a loyal customer who has purchased three Voltbikes, I expected better communication and service. At this point, I am also hoping that the bike arrives in good condition and without any damage after such a lengthy wait.
I would appreciate an update on my order status and your thoughts regarding compensation for the delay.
Thank you,
G LAJEUNESSE
Purchased for my Mariner Lite from a local retailer, the site says it’s compatible and so did my local voltbike retailer. The bag does NOT fit on the mariner lite. The bottom clip and strap do not line up with any part of the rack/frame. The bag is longer than the rack, there is nothing to secure the bag except the 2 top clips. It flops and blows in the wind, your heels clip the bag, the bag could easily one off at speed. Wasted me time and gas on false information from this website.
The lock gadget to mount on seat post unscrewed and fell off
Zipper failed after two seasons. Who uses wired earbuds or any headphones riding a bike. Audio muffled using GPS.
Two seasons and the zipper disintegrated. Cheap Chinese garbage designed to fail
Our first time buying e-bikes. The speed is great . No wobbles. We live in the kootenays, lots of up and downs at high grades. No problem, no complainants. Great bikes , and got them new customers as well.
This thing is awesome, im 5'9" 205lb and it easily crushes up hills. 20Ah battery gives some wicked range. Bike feels solid at speed. I have the max set to 40km/h, the throttle alone will easily handle that speed on flat. Folded up i can fit 2 of these in the back of my CR-V. If you want a smaller portable bike to rip around on, I definitely recommend.
My 75 year young mom loves this seat. As a young child my mom cracked her tail bone. This old injury makes sitting or riding for any length of time very painful. She just completed an hour long bike ride on her Volt tricycle and has no pain. She absolutely loves the freedom and independence this gives to her.
My Elegant v2 is sleek and speedy. It is great quality and true to the specs, unlike other retailers. Thank you Volt!
In my opinion the new controller should come with the screws and small brackets to reattach it to the bike frame.
