Box Four 8S Cassette

I wrote to you guys i needed rear cassette & chain replaced for my elite stepthru and you recommended the wrong size cassette. I had to guy the right size at local bike shop that did the swap. You still haven't answered me a refund options. Not a happy camper. Chain worked.

This Box4, 8 speed cassette is a 42-12 which replaces the original cassette 38-11 on my Volt Enduro. Better gears for climbing not quite as fast on the level though. Wanted to replace my 38T crank gear at the same time but Volt doesn't sell them. So much for supporting local business! Thank goodness for the Internet sales options!!
