500W Rated Power

The Bravo is using a Bafang G07 series geared motor which provides 65 N.m. max torque and 500w rated power. The Bafang G07 series is remarkable for its high efficiency and power thanks to the integrated nylon planetary gears.

Fully Integrated Battery

The Bravo V2 comes with a 48v 17.5Ah (840Wh) fully integrated battery pack with Samsung Li-ion battery cells. The integrated frame design gives you security in various weather conditions plus offering unmatched visual appearance. Samsung SDI’s Li-ion battery cells are preferred by high-end e-bike makers and companies that lead the e-bike market.

Extra Smooth Ride

The Voltbike Bravo V2 comes standard with Suntour XCT DS lockout suspension. Designed for quick release axles and bolt on axles. 135mm dropout, 32mm stanchions, 210mm steerer tube, 90mm travel. Weight is only 7lbs.

Sturdy Rear Rack

Standard for Bravo V2 is an aluminum rear rack which can fit any load with ease up to 50lbs. Mounted directly on the rack is LED rear taillight with brake light functionality.

You can also charge your cell phone through the built-in USB connector. New for the display is the lighting sensor which atomically activates your lights when it gets dark.

The Bravo V2 is equipped with Tektro Auriga hydraulic front and rear disc brakes. Tektro Auriga comp disc brakes feature an open system design using non-corrosive and environment-friendly mineral oil. Features dual piston design, melt forged caliper body with automatic positioning via front or rear adapters.

  • Fit Guidelines

Choosing the right frame size is essential for ensuring comfort on your new bike, and the simplest way to approach this is by measuring your inseam. Your inseam is measured from the middle of your crotch down to your ankle bone on either leg.

    Suitable inseam range:

    < 27"     69cm
    28" 71cm
    30" 76cm
    43" 109cm
    45" 114cm
    > 46" 117cm

Great fit with plenty of room for seat height adjustment.

Good fit but potentially limited seat height adjustment or top tube clearence.

Poor fit, frame is either too big or too small.

Good bike

This is my second Bravo, but first V2. Its a good bike. Better LCD screen and system, with more customization and has PIN protection to unlock the motor control. The integrated frame/battery is fantastic, as well as the overall feel just seems tighter and stable.

However, just like other reviews I've found the BaFang Hub motor is quite louder then its predecessor. My Bravo first gen would hum on steep climbs, or at full throttle. But, the V2 is humming and clicking with pedal assist 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. I'm going to speak to Voltbike, but since I'm not the only one experiencing this, I doubt much will come of it. It's disappointing, but not a big enough issue to return or get rid of the bike, just frustrating.

Overall a great bike

This is my second Bravo and I like this version better - I liked that the frame was slightly smaller and shorter to fit me better, the look is nicer and sleeker, and the updated display was great. The only thing that prevents me from giving this a 5 star rating is that when the motor is working at max capacity (30-32km/hr) it seems incredibly loud and sort of squeaky, or a high pitched plasticky grinding sound. My old Bravo did not make this noise at all, and it doesn't seem to be a natural ebike motor noise which I'm used to. I will be contacting Volt about this and getting a technician to investigate.

eBike as advertised

I found Voltbike threw Google search a few years ago. I was looking for a Canadian company. I didn’t want to hand up buying in the US. Originally, I had my sight on the Yukon 750 limited, but when reality sink in, I took the Bravo v2. It was more gearded up to a city bike than a mountain bike. I have to say I’m very impressed by the design and the quality of the parts. The only down side the weight of the bike, but considering it’s a eBike it’s normal. All in all, I have no regrates and I’m enoying my self with my new bike.
