So happy with this purchase. My wife purchased the same bike a couple of years ago and she finally convinced me that I needed one. She has had zero issues with hers and mine arrived quickly and looks great!
Wasn't sure what electric bike to get. Neighbors suggested VoltBike as they have had theirs for 5 years. Got the bike and love it. Had shipping damage on the free helmet. And they had a new helmet to me in 3 days.
I love my Bravo. I use it for everything. Commuting, downhill, cross country, it gets me where I want to go. It has plenty of range to ride all day. I don't use and excess of assist so it lasts a long time. I recommend Voltbike to all my friends, and people i meet. I've had zero issues with the bike so far, and I have close to 1500 kms on the bike. I rigged up a trailer to the bike to the bike to pack my golf clubs, day cooler, groceries, or anything I want to haul. The saddle bags are also a great addition.
