My Voltbike Elegant model is 7 years old and it's been very reliable and problem free. This winter it fell and the gear shifter cracked as well, my brake pads need to be replaced. I was glad to see that Voltbike carries all the replacement parts that I need and the prices are reasonable. Please continue to carry replacement parts for older bikes. Much impressed how quick my order was filled. Very satisfied with all parts and the repair shop was able to repair my bike in one day. One question. The new LED colour unit looks great but when wearing my sunglasses the image is totally black. Any suggestions? Overall I give your service a 5 Star.
