Initially had a snafu with the seat that was first sent, but Voltbike was very responsive and quick to correct it the issue. Sent out a replacement which was perfect. Really enjoying this seat on my Elegant V2. Fits perfectly and gives a very smooth comfortable ride. Would recommend!
