RST Guide 26" Fat Tire Fork

My 2 closest friends ( since grade 3 and 4 ) and I, turned 60 a few months apart from each other this summer. We planned to get together and go for a ebkie ride to Moose Mountain. I tuned up my bike and changed my break pads. As I put the front caliper on my front shock on my Yukon Core, I stripped the **** hole on my front shock. I tried to find a shock in Calgary but I was unable to find one in stock I contacted Volt main office and they were able to get me one out by air for the next day.
Their quick response saved our weekend trip.
I feel the way they delt with this was very professional, caring and understood the importance of this bike trip.
