Great service. I needed it quickly, so I emailed them after ordering.. They jumped on it, and I got the part in time for the trip. Can’t ask for better than that.

Handled quickly on your part. UPS not too swift though. Might have been faster using Canada Post.

Diagram would be super helpful for those of us inexperienced and living far from bike shop.

The technician who guided me to purchase this based on pictures i sent of my bike, told me to purchase this piece. When i went to install it, it appears that it's the wrong part. I'm not impressed with the service at Volt nor the quality of the plastic on the bike.

Talked to a technician very quickly. He assisted me with the part I needed. My Yukon has 6,000 km on it and has been excellent.
