Volt Bike Elegant Version 2 battery lock replacement (at least first try)

So the battery lock broke on my elegant version 2 and they did NOT have one online so I called and the people were very nice and said they had one and would send it to me. I have ordered stuff before so they had address (and I hope my correct bike!). I had to phone in to pay by credit card but that was easy and just a few days later I got a box. I was surprised when I opened it because it looked different. I was about to send an email about the mix up when I got this ask- about writing a review. Now I will see how fast they can fix the problem and hopefully I will write a better review soon! Thanks - NOMO

In the pic the old one is on the bottom and new replacement with keys is on the top - do they look the same to you?
