Ordered a part - almost a month later you sent me an email saying i needed to pay a tariff charge, which I did and then waited another month to find out when I called that the part hadn’t even been shipped yet. When I asked if anything could be done I was told no. I sent an email asking to talk with someone about the the $20 I spent to expedite the shipping from my original purchase and didn’t even get an email back. You’re better than that Volt. If I didn’t have to order volt I would reconsider my options and I know I won’t be buying a volt for my next e-bike. Great product poor customer service has been my experience.
