Daniel Grenier I ordered disk pads for my Trio. They were in stock so I thought they'd be here in no time. Wrong! It took a whopping 4 weeks to get them. First, they sat at VoltBike for 2 weeks till I inquired and then someone clued in. Then, a UPS tracking# was assigned and yet, they sat at VB for another 5 or 6 days. 28 days later, I got them! Not stellar service by any means considering amazon could get those to me next day, sorry to say.
