Derailleur Hanger

Bike was less than a year old when the derailer failed and broke the chain so about 6 months of riding .Contacted Voltbike no warranty only a discount on parts. No installation do it yourself. This is the fourth bike we’ve purchased from Voltbike there will not be a fifth. Very disappointed.

Thanks VB. I was able to help out a one person operation bike shop here (Bicycleitis Shawnigan Lake) in replacing a broken RD Hanger. I crossed it over to a Wheels Man 109 but no local area bike shop(including 2 x VB dealers) had one but they did suggest I try the VB factory. You came through right away and I see on your website you do have a large spare parts lising. The Enduro is now back in operation for the shop's customer. Again Thanks from Hans & me! Daryl
