The order took quite a while to arrive
Took longer to get from Winnipeg into Kenora than it did to BC to Winnipeg.
Well packaged no dents in box other than the front handle on box was ripped
Arrived and the trike was crooked. I contacted company and they said that everything was aligned at the shop
I sent pictures and then the sales tech representative said I should get the front wheel and fork checked out
So I reached out to a company in my small town that sells and repairs e-bikes
Told that it looked like the fork was bent and would need to be replaced
Not pleased because I was expecting a perfect trike not something that was broken already,.
I’m working on getting the issue fixed and hopefully it will be resolved before winter and I can try out the trike before half my warranty is expired
