easy transaction, easy company to deal with
The included wire shifter cable is almost one foot shorter than the original.....useless. Had to purchase the correct length of cable from a local bike shop. Plus, after I placed said online order, it took 2 plus weeks to be delivered.....
My Voltbike Elegant model is 7 years old and it's been very reliable and problem free. This winter it fell and the gear shifter cracked as well, my brake pads need to be replaced. I was glad to see that Voltbike carries all the replacement parts that I need and the prices are reasonable. Please continue to carry replacement parts for older bikes.
