500W Power / 120Nm Torque

Would you like a little more? The M600 motor with 500 watts rated power, 120Nm of torque, just 3.7kg - always delivers top performance and is the first choice for modern eMTBs. With its triple sensor system (1 torque, 2 speed sensors) it reacts with lightning speed to your pedal-power input and delivers impressive support at all times. Voltbike Enduro is using mid-drive motor Bafang M600 48v 500w.

Samsung Battery

VoltBike Enduro is using 48v 17.5Ah (840Wh) battery pack with Samsung INR18650-35E cells. The battery pack holds UL 2271 safety certification. Assembled by Phylion which is one of the largest battery manufacturers for ebike batteries with facilities in China, Europe and India. Samsung SDI’s Li-ion battery cells are preferred by high-end e-bike makers and companies that lead the e-bike market.

Rear Air Shock

New for this year the Enduro is using a DNM AO-42RC rear air shock with lock-out lever, adjustable air compression , and rebound damping speed dial for fine tuning the suspension to suit every individual rider. The stiffer rear linkage uses cartridge bearings providing longer reliability, better traction and control, while soaking up the bumps and decreasing rider fatigue. This shock is constructed from 6061 aluminum / weight 270grams / Rear wheel travel 160mm / shock c to c 190mm / stroke 50mm

Full Suspension

Get increased stability in the bumps and while descending. VoltBike Enduro is a smart choice for all types of riding including trails or in the city. Get better traction, control, and steering, minimizing the risk of mistakes on tough terrain.

Hydraulic Stopping Power

Voltbike Enduro using Tektro Auriga hydraulic front and rear disc brakes with 180mm rotors. Tektro Auriga comp disc brakes features an open system design using non-corrosive and environment-friendly mineral oil. Features dual piston design, melt forged caliper body with automatic positioning via front or rear adapters.

LCD Screen

Large practical display located in the middle of the handlebar offers real time stats such as speed, pedal assist level, battery capacity, distance traveled and current load. You can also charge your cell phone through the built-in USB connector. New for the display is the lighting sensor which atomically activates your lights when it gets dark.

Shimano Rapid Fire

The easy-to-use Acera Rapid Fire Shifter from Shimano allows you to rapidly shift between 8 speeds on your bike's rear cassette. This shifter offers an ergonomic design and an indexed speed indicator for ease of use.

Enduro does NOT stand for "Endurance"

I have wasted my money.

This abomination has thrown me over the handlebars on a small pedal strike, twice. The battery falls out at random. The drivetrain is unfixable. I have spent more time trying to fix this stupid thing than riding it.

It needs $1000 in extra components just to be taken SLIGHTLY off-road.

I hate this thing. I have INTENSE buyer's remorse.

Learning Curve

I recently switched from a hub drive to a the Volt Bike Enduro. I am finding myself more of an active participant when cycling as shifting gears is important to climbing hills more efficiently. I like what I see so far and I have awarded four stars but I think I need more time with the product before passing final judgement.

Awesome

I just bought the Volt Bike Enduro. I upgraded my bike with the Judy Silver fork and the Box four shifting system. All I got to say is Volt Bike you hit it out of the park with this one. Could not be happier, it is an awesome bike supported by the full suspension. Well done!!!!

Bike arrived (BC to Ontario) without a scratch.
I ordered with drive train upgrade and max battery. Voltbike put a back rack on for me as like to haul groceries etc when I’m not on trails.
All good !

4th Volt Bike product not HAPPY w this one at all

Brand new out of the box issues!
Battery shakes - u literally take your hand and move it back and forth, tried tightening still rattles down the trail
Back tire wobbles rattles down the trail, movement side to side with your hand
pedals or motor - not at low speeds but medium speed 30kmh makes clicking noise

I have called left message no return call
i emailed - too have them email me back to email someone else? why didnt they just forward to them and me same time?
i emailed again - hello, got a reply, telling me

1. For the battery rattling issue, can you ensure that the battery is locked in place? If the battery is properly seated then you should not be able to remove it without using the key. You need to mount the battery firm and fully inserted until the key-lock is locked.
-Yes done battery still rattles you can move it w hand

2. Clicking noise when pedalling is most likely related to improperly installed pedals. Please remove the pedals, grease the threads and tighten them tight (as much as you can). If possible, please use a long arm wrench for better tension. Please watch the video below:

3. How did you identify that the rear hub is loose? Please send us more details or video if possible

-By taking my hand on back tire and there is movement side to side

-I would like you to take this one back as it seems to have a few things not right, was a shame to get a bike with no one seeing these issues when you packaged up and sent to me cause it started immediately first ride came home tightened everything and took it out a second time noise continues, it has 24 km, on it, easy trails, cause of the rattling noise , I take my other enduro out now no rattling noise runs perfect,

I bought a second enduro to let friends use, and at this point it’s unsafe to ride, please send new one, and u can have this one back, with no issues,
