Received this week and ride so far around 40 km in Winter conditions around Québec City. I must say that this bike is absolutely amazing. High quality components and sturdy bike. Can’t wait to use it for fishing, hunting and outdoor adventures!

Long time bicycle enjoyer but this was my first E-bike. For the price I don't think you can get much of a better value anywhere. I especially appreciate the free shipping as Voltbike was the ONLY brand I could find that would ship free to my location in Alaska. Other brands cost hundreds of dollars extra just to ship if they would even ship at all. I've gone 250 miles/400km so far the last month on everything including road/pavement, gravel road, dirt road, and mountain bike trails, including some snow and including wind/rain/freezing temps and the fat tires and motor punch through everything with a very smooth ride. I hit a pothole once caught offguard going pretty fast and I feel like the front tire could have easily popped but it didn't. I like the controls and customization in the advanced LCD settings, for example default is 1-9 assist levels and i changed it so its a more quickly managed 1-5. The front suspension has a lever that makes it a rigid front fork for roads/smooth surfaces, and then i flip the front suspension on for when i hit back roads and trails to support a bouncier ride. The bike is heavy, and I'm a strong guy but without the motor it's not very fun if you run out of battery and not a situation you want to find yourself in far from home. I'm 200lbs and in my area usually do a good bit of hill climbing and can usually max about 30 miles/50km out of a full charge battery, so it really just depends on how much your battery is depleting on elevation gain, how much you weigh, and how much psi your tires have for how far the battery will last-- many variables. Therefore I'd recommend investing more money in a bike with a bigger battery and/or lighter frame and look into a mid-drive motor (Yukon Core) if you're going to be relying on a E-bike to commute daily in an area with a lot of hills. Just like a cell phone battery, you want to make sure you have MORE than enough to make it through your travels and not have to worry. But for the price compared to competition and the value you get up front, it's an amazing bike, very clean, every part has worked beautifully so far without failure. Haven't had the chain pop off once yet. I even thought the stock seat was going to be bad but it's actually fine and I no longer have plans to replace it as I originally thought I would until I received the bike. If you want to go on leisure rides for a couple hours and hit some trails and back roads, or have a reasonably short commute to work, this bike is a perfect option. The customer service has been great also despite some mixed reviews online. I wanted to change my frame size after initial order and also had questions about shipping that were quickly responded to at separate times. Big thanks to the Voltbike team!

I got my Yukon V2 within days of placing my online order. I was a little skeptical about the for as I am 6’ 3” and my previous bike (not Voltbike) said it would fit up to 6’ 5” and I found it very uncomfortable and not a good fit. The Yukon V2 fit great and is a comfortable ride. Assembly was easy, I only had to put a couple things together. I would definitely recommend this bike.

Super happy with my purchase of Yukon V2. Fast delivery and almost fully assembled. My commute has a steep uphill and it keeps an impressive speed. The full fenders keep you dry on the rainy days. The optional pannier bags are ideal for work bag or groceries. I really enjoy riding this bike and now look forward to the daily commute.
